Refund Policy

We want you to actually use your Zorvani Float, not regret buying it. Every order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.

THE 60-DAY GUARANTEE

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund.

Take it with breakfast every morning. If it has not earned its spot in your routine by day 60, email us and we will refund you. You do not need to explain yourself, and you do not need to prove anything.

We reply within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as returns received without prior arrangement can take much longer to process.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Used is fine. A bottle you have actually opened and taken from is exactly what we expect back, and normal use will never disqualify a return.

Please return the bottle, with any unused capsules, in packaging that will protect it in transit. Items that arrive deliberately damaged or destroyed may be refused or partially refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

We recommend a tracked service. Until a return reaches us, it is your responsibility, and we cannot refund a return that never arrives.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives and is checked, we process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account, which is outside our control.

Refunds cover the price you paid for the product. Original shipping charges are only refunded when the return is our fault.

MULTI-PACK ORDERS

You can return a full multi-pack for a full refund.

If you keep part of a multi-pack and return the rest, the refund is calculated at the single-bottle price for the bottles you keep, since bundle pricing depends on the full quantity. We will always show you the maths before processing it.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you will not be asked to pay return shipping.

AFTER 60 DAYS

The money-back guarantee ends 60 days after delivery.

If there is a problem with your Float after that window, contact us anyway. We will look at it case by case and do what we reasonably can. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country, which apply in addition to this policy.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been dispatched can usually be cancelled and refunded in full. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it under the 60-day guarantee.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a refund and place a new order, so you are not waiting on a return to clear first.
