Welcome to Zorvani. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This site is operated by Zorvani. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zorvani, and "you" refers to you, the visitor or customer.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, finishes and sizes may appear slightly different on your screen than in person.

Zorvani Float is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug or a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not use if pregnant or nursing, and consult a physician before use if you take any medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

We may change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We take reasonable care to price everything correctly, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Any applicable sales tax, VAT or duties are described at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, that breaks these terms, or that we cannot fulfil. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.

Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee changes, but email us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional pricing, bundle pricing and discount codes are available for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed and cannot be combined unless we say so.

YOUR USE OF THIS SITE

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to copy or scrape its content for a competing purpose, to submit false information, or to upload anything malicious.

We may terminate your access to the site at any time if you breach these terms.
